Series 43 & Series BW
OmegaOne offers 43 and BW series stainless steel crimp fittings for use with a hydraulic rubber hose. 43 and BW series stainless steel crimp fittings are manufactured from 316 Stainless Steel. Hydraulic hose fittings from OmegaOne are manufactured using 316 stainless steel, are DFAR compliant, and are available with material certification.

Hose Barb Fittings
OmegaOne offers two different styles of hose barb fittings.
Push-On Hose Barb (PL) fittings are manufactured with a hose barb designed to bite into a rubber hose without the use of a hose clamp to secure the fitting to the hose.
M2HC Hose Barb fitting manufactured by OmegaOne is intended for use with mainly Teflon hose and is designed for use with a hose clamp to secure hose and fitting. Consult our product catalog or sales team for additional product application questions.

Male Pipe by Weld Hex (BHC)
The BHC Hex Male Connector offers a better thread quality than the TOE and offers a wrench hex. The BHC fittings available from OmegaOne are sized 1/4″ through 2″ and are offered in 304 stainless steel, 316, stainless steel, and Carbon Steel.
The BHC is an NPTF thread as specified by SAE J476.
Female Pipe by Weld Hex (BHFC)
The BHFC Female Connector offers a better thread quality than the TOE and offers a wrench hex. BHFC fittings available from OmegaOne are sized 1/4″,1/2″, and 3/4″ and are manufactured in 316 stainless steel.
The BHC is an NPTF thread as specified by SAE J476.
Female JIC Swivel by Weld (BHJS)
The BHJS Female Swivel Connector JIC offers a JIC swivel fitting as a weld-on option alternative to the BHC fitting. OmegaOne offers BHJS fittings from 1/4″ through 2″ and are offered in 316, stainless steel, and Carbon Steel.
To reduce prep time, the Carbon Steel BHJS fitting from OmegaOne has a plated swivel nut and a bare weld end. With no plating on the weld end, the preparation process is saved the time it takes to grind the plating off the weld ends before welding. Most BHJS fittings manufactured plate both the nut and the weld end.
The BHJS is an NPTF thread as specified by SAE J541 and SAEJ476 standard.
Thread One End Pipe Fitting (TOE)
The Thread One End Pipe Nipple is a simple weld-on fitting. The most commonly used TOE is manufactured from carbon steel. The TOE fittings sold by OmegaOne are available in schedules 40 and 80 in both carbon steel and stainless steel. The thread is a standard NPT pipe thread as specified by ASME B1.2.1.
There are two styles of fitting offered. The standard TOE has a black lacquer coating which must be ground off before welding. OmegaOne sells a Weld Prepped TOE with the coating removed with a light coating of a preservative coating for corrosion resistance. This style of fitting is also commonly referred to as pickled and oiled.
