Title: Inside Sales Specialist
Bio: Amy started her career in the medical field working as an X-ray technologist after earning her B.S. in Allied Health from The Ohio State University. Desiring a career change, she found OmegaOne in 2018 and has grown from her first role in customer service to inside sales.
She most enjoys getting to know her customers individually to build a strong professional relationship. “We talk to them on a regular basis; so, we get to know each other beyond just our business relationship,” she says. This helps Amy put her all into her work. As she did with her patients, she takes care of her customers. Her very best effort goes into every quote or order no matter what it is, large or small.
When she is not working hard with her customers, she enjoys watching football, especially OSU, and spending time with her three children and two dogs.
Name: Mike Simon
Title: Inside Sales Specialist
Bio: Mike got his start as a metal salesman and has worked with the OmegaOne sales team since 2003. With his many years of experience in the fitting industry, Mike is the technical guru on the sales team. His deep knowledge of our customers and our product helps to support our customers and inside sales team daily.
It is not uncommon on busy days to find Mike helping assemble orders or pack boxes in the shipping department. If we have the product, and a customer needs it, Mike is dedicated to making sure the orders ship!
In his spare time Mike enjoys relaxing on long weekends at his cabin, hiking, and taking in a concert or festival. He also enjoys spending time with his grandchildren.
Name: Pat Mona
Title: Inside Sales Specialist
Bio: Patrick is the newest member of the OmegaOne sales team. After working in production and then the shipping department the last three years, he moved into the inside sales position following his graduation from Hiram College in June 2022 with a B.A. in marketing.
While working on the production side, Pat gained a fascination and respect for the business. He enjoys working with our customers because they share his enthusiasm for what they do. Patrick hopes that the customers he works with see his passion and his dedication toward helping them achieve the best result possible.
Outside of work, Patrick stays active by going on daily runs. He also hosts trivia shows at various bars/restaurants throughout the Cleveland area.
Name: Jessica Ferdinando
Title: Sales and Customer Support Specialist
Bio: Jessica has more than 10 years of manufacturing experience and has been with Omega One for over 9 of those years. Her work supports customers in a variety of ways, including sales and customer support, as well as purchasing and production planning.
Her experience in manufacturing and strong organization skills help Jessica remain proactive and fanatical about response times to do the very best she can for her team and customers.
She and her husband have two children: Callie and Nala. She enjoys relaxing, taking long walks in parks with her dog, Callie, and enjoying the many wineries in the area. Her friends and family hold a special place in her heart, especially her nieces and nephews.
